Louise Moloney
Learning and Development
Louise has considerable experience in the area of Learning and Development, joining ADEC Arise in 2015, and is responsible for designing and running training for all our clients, including Vodafone, ComReg, CRU and RTE.
She works closely with the L&D departments of clients to define the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to ensure that our team members deliver service excellence for our clients.
Louise works closely with the ADEC Arise Quality Manager to identify knowledge gaps and designs mini-training, e-learning or runs coaching sessions to resolve. She has completed a Level 7 QQI Diploma in Learning and Development Practice.
