Marian Hartnett
Quality and HR
Marian has been with ADEC Arise since 2016 and is responsible for defining the detailed Critical-To-Quality elements of each project, defining & measuring Quality KPI’s and reporting on quality performance.
She also manages our ISO compliance ensuring that the company remains accredited to ISO Quality Management 9001:2015, Information Security Management 27001:2013, and Environmental 14001:2015.
Marian leads our team responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QISE Management System (Quality, Information Security, Environmental). In her dual role as HR lead, she is also responsible for ensuring that we recruit the right team members to help deliver for our customers.
