The awards provided a great opportunity for the team to spend time with James, who took the time to connect with colleagues, hear their experiences firsthand, and share in the celebration of our STAR Awards. He had the following reflections on his visit: 

“I recently spent some time with the ADEC Arise team in Ireland, a committed group providing expert technical and customer support across various sectors as part of our business solutions offerings at ADEC Innovations. 

It was a good time to be there as the team held its ‘STAR Awards’ ceremony, where employees are acknowledged and rewarded by management and their peers for their exceptional efforts in supporting the company, through team collaboration and outstanding service to our valued clients. 

Witnessing this firsthand was truly inspiring, especially hearing the team members speak so positively about each other. It’s always a pleasure to be part of such activities, and I’m grateful to have such a dedicated, tight-knit group at ADEC Arise.”
